Blue Sky Physical Therapy is looking for a driven and talented Physical Therapist to join our team in Denver, CO!
We are a PT-owned, premier outpatient physical therapy clinic, and we strive to provide a wide range of patients through recovery and into wellness. If you enjoy a small clinic/family feel, autonomous practice with one-on-one care, and a collaborative work environment, you will love working at Blue Sky! We see patients for post-operative rehabilitation, chronic pain, balance disorders, gait dysfunction, pelvic dysfunction, and more. With emphasis on one-on-one care, patients are given full 60-minute evaluations and subsequent 30-minute follow-up appointments. In addition to being a premier physical therapy clinic, Blue Sky also has an on-site, state-of-the art Pilates studio. Many patients transition to Pilates, in either a private or class setting, to continue their journey from recovery and into wellness.
This position will be full-time, 40 hours per week at $35/hour. We want to emphasize that you will have ample flexibility with your schedule, as we truly believe in fostering a healthy work/life balance.

Education: postgraduate degree
Qualifications:
- Master’s or Doctorate of Physical Therapy from an accredited university.
- New graduates are welcome to apply.
- Strong time management skills.
- Excellent manual therapy skills.
- Strong patient relationship and communication abilities.
- Pilates certification and/or interest in Pilates is a plus.
Skills:
- Strong clinical reasoning and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to create individualized, evidence-based treatment plans.
- Excellent hands-on manual therapy skills.
- Clear and compassionate communication with patients, families, and colleagues.
- Ability to build rapport and maintain a welcoming, supportive patient experience.

- Confidence working independently in a one-on-one outpatient care model.
- Comfort treating a broad range of orthopedic, post-surgical, and chronic pain conditions.
Responsibilities:
- Provide one-on-one, evidence-based physical therapy to a diverse outpatient population.
- Perform comprehensive evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans aligned with patient goals.
- Treat a wide variety of conditions, including post-operative rehab, chronic pain, balance and gait disorders, and wellness-focused needs.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation within the EMR system.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and referring providers to support continuity of care.
- Coordinate patient care with the front desk and administrative team as needed.
- Contribute to a positive, supportive, and family-oriented clinic culture.
