Do I need a referral from my doctor?

Most insurances do not require a referral. We are happy to obtain a quote of your benefits, but also encourage you to call your insurance to determine if a physical therapy referral is required. If a referral is required for your insurance, you may bring in a referral (aka script/order) for physical therapy to your first appointment or have your doctor fax it directly to our office at 303-388-4470. We are happy to provide recommendations for doctors if needed!
